Wheaties,

I thought we would be seeing you guys this weekend... ... .

Doug

Sorry Doug,

I had planned on going, but then everyone started dropping out. Then it became an issue to get a room ... . The truck is going in the body shop on Monday for some hail damage from earlier this summer, so now there's too much to do and too little time.

I hope you all have a great time and we'll give it a shot next year.

Matt

Coffee night was good... the fog on the drive home was BAD.

It was one of those nights where FLIR could have helped, but the rental didn't have that feature.

It was great seeing ya'all...

So, I'm not the only one to show up at a coffee night with a rental car. What was it? Not an AZZZtek, I hope.

It was a PT Cruiser that had "some rental abuse"...

He pulled out onto the street, smoking the front tires while dragging the a$$ end, lets it go and then a quick pull on the e-brake... :-laf

To quote Hunter Thompson, "Nothing goes faster or handles better than a rent-a-car.

I suddenly find myself in a Ford Taurus. Tell me it's all a bad dream :{

It was good to see you too there youngin' You need to tell me more about your house purchase when we meet next

Mark: I was fully disappointed in the PT's performance that night. Just a few nights before that, I did the same thing on level ground and it literally fried the tires. I guess doing a full throttle reverse-neutral-drive transmission drop is bound to not work every so often. :-laf

That little engine had a 3. 5k RPM rev limiter too... if you had it in neutral or park. Oh... and it will shift from 1st to second if you lock it in first.

I had a great time and it was really good to see ya'all.

MTE: I'll tell you all about the house whenever I see ya again...

Ok guys I have a question for ya all. I now have a $100 certifacet to peirs from fall brawl. The question is should I get a fass or luckes links or both? I was told last week while getting the truck inspected that it is bout time to get new ball joint on left side, hence lucks links. But on the other hand I am so darn scared about the hole lift pump thing. Should I just get both? If so would there be enough time on the 30th to do both maybe please? Oo.

Lukes links, me and TMTT have down to a science... ;)

I can't say anything about the FASS, TMTT put one on in Muncie at 2am in the morning, I'm sure he's good at it!

Jengle I was there all day sat. Sunday I stoped in around 12 and then agen at 5pm. The wife and I went to gettisburg on sun. Yeah Im gana get the lucks links and most likely the fass. Im not sure thow Its a toss up between the fass and the rasp. So how many cheese cakes do I need to bring on the 30th to get to do two jobs on the truck? I was figuring on bringing 3. That should be about 30 peices I make these things RICH. Oo.
