Cold Air Intakes?

is one better than another?, volant has a system that pulls from the fender and the cowl area if wanted,afe has the open engine compartment type, as well as scotty 2. i want cooler air but not much more noise than a k&n in the factory box (without the cone). ken

kluther, run away from k&n. LOL. that filter left more dirt in my in my stock air box then i have ever seen. was not satisfied what so ever. so i switched from the k&n drop in OEM style filter to a AFE pro guard 7. night and day difference. do a forum search on "BHAF recomendations. " you will find all the pro's and cons between k&n & other BHAF's as well as part numbers and such. good luck.
