I am pretty sure Piers's February 2002 injector price for the POD's is in US $. If that were in Can $ I might have to replace my Power Wagons. LOL

Lil Dog, that cut an paste idea is a good one. Why didn't I think of that before spending $$ Just another dumb wet coaster I guess;)

Re: the prices, I think the main page on Piers' site lets you choose Can. $ or US$ but I haven't checked if the "specials" page is single choice. I can call if you like and let you know. His shop is about 45 minutes from me to boot.

Hey, next time you take a long drive stop in and we'll do the some mods in the driveway. (sorry I didn't install my own injectors, you need a really silly wrench for #1injector)

I'm curious what 10* of timing equates to in MM. Any idea?

I don't think I want to get any more irrational on the HP till I do the trans/tc/vb stuff.

Ya know Bush, when I was out buying this one in Burnaby I was thinkin of looking you up!!. . Piers too. . But it was getting late and the drive home didn't get me there until about 4:00 am.



The ° to mm dilema carries on as no one has told me what it is either. I think they may not always relate.



The reason is that they use a sensor on the #1 line and sense the cracking of the injector. MM lift won't account for pump or injector wear as they wear the timing will retard, as with performance injectors with lower cracking pressure. If anyone with the equipment could do the test I would be happy. .



I've never done injectors either, the shop did. ;)



No need to call Piers just yet, I have to get the scratch together first. He should be out here in July for the Calgary Diesel Dyno Stampede presented by the ol ABC. Conversely if you have a flavor for Stampede and Diesel, Wagons East!!! LOL
