Wall paper for Firemen

I just had my 88 Honda Accord smogged!! Now that it has been back to the shop 3 times,,all is back to normal execpt the choke idle. When it is cold the rpms are about 2000. . but when it warms up they drop down where they should be. I want to adjust the cold idle rpms but my shop manual doesn't tell me how. I would guess that 13-1500 should be just fine for cold 'choke idle'. This is a 5 speed 88 accord. . ok now you smart guys, where do you adjust the choke idle speed. .

Thanks

Rick

P. S. This is my wifes car until the right Cummins comes along.....

Fuel injected or Carb ??

You didn't say if it was carb or fuel injected.

Hondas like that high idle on start up, carb models a little higher than injected ones.
