Colorado Springs area "Get Together"

Hello everyone,

As we start another terrific year in Colorado I have been thinking about getting the TDR members in the Colorado Springs and surrounding area together for breakfast at Country Buffet. ( sorry, I'm not buying) Once I see the response and it's enough people, I'll call the restaurant and find out if we can use the back room for a get together. Everyday I see more & more CTD owners driving around and when I get a chance I always let them know about the TDR and the great members that are in it.

As one of the guys here in the area said" If there's gonna be food... ..... I'll be there!"

So, "COME ON" Guys let me know what'cha think Cliff

Good to hear from you. Have been very very busy at work but since the holidays are now over it should get a little better. How is your truck doing these days? And yourself how are you doing? I am getting the pieces and parts together for onboard air right now and was just in Colorado Diesel this afternoon and ordered a 4" exhaust. Am 1/2 way done replacing my shocks with Bilstiens if the weather would just cooperate on one of my days off I could get the fronts changed out and be done.



Hey pm me and maybe we can get together next weekend at the rv show if your going.

Hi Barry ! Doing great at this end and have been busy doing some mild bombing on my truckOo. heated mirrors, changing fog lights to daytime running lights, switch on the shifter for the exhaust brake... ..... stuff like that. Since I can heat up my garage it really helps to make installs easier. I figured it would be great to get everyone together and discuss maybe having a wrench day this month. We can use my garage with the over-sized salamander kerosene heater that I have and get some of these BOMBing missions done that some of these TDR guys might want to do. So far it looks like a good response

I'll get with Country Buffet and see if we can get a room for a Saturday morning... ... ..... maybe 17, 24 or 31st????

Is there a up coming show her in the Springs this coming weekend? 10-11th?

If there's room, and on a weekend, count me in. Would like to meet "The Guys" that own the CTDs driving all over Colorado. Too, I could use some advice for future upgrades to my truck. Want to have it ready for another trip up the ALCAN this June.

I am currently in the Springs a lot. My girlfriend lives here and I frequent every weekend and two or three times a week.

Meeting - Time & Place

I know it will be impossible to please everyone on the first couple of meetings as for their time schedules but I hope eventually in the future we can satisfy most. I just got off the phone with Country Buffet (across from the Citadel Mall on Academy Blvd. ) and have put us down for January 24th starting at 9:30am and we have it until 11:30... ... ... . all other time slots where taken. I put us down as "TDR" just in case someone asks and we will meet in the corner side room. Everyone will pay for their own meal.
