ND/MN/MB Dyno Day September 20th

Guage help (CO)

Hey guys, I am sure some of you have been reading about the Water Injection Kits on the site here. The maker, Matt of snowperformance.net is in Woodland Park. I talked with him today about a setup for my truck and asked him if he would be willing to do a little demo at a wrench day of some sort and he agreed. I am sure there are many guys here interested. Can we get together a wrench day or some sort of expo day with other vendor products like this here in Colorado? It could be good for business and the consumer to learn about the latest in greatest in diesel performance.

Jrandol:

Thanks for the PM and I think this is a great idea. All we have to do is come up with a location. There have been some changes at work here and my responsibilities have changed (read as more hours) and I am swamped which I guess is better than being unemployed, however it has really cut into my administrative duties as head lackey of RMTDR. I am going to be out of town a lot over the winter and spring months as well. If anyone has any ideas on where we can set a wrench day up or even a big meet let me know. I could use the help, in fact it is too the point that if someone wanted to take over as head cheese it would probably be better for the club (if anyone is interested pm me). I can get a hold of ATS and see if they are willing to do another event but it will take a couple months to get something that big setup if they are willing to participate again, which will put us into December, then it may be better to wait until after the first of the year, and of course their schedule will come into play as well.

I have been trying to get back down to Colorado Diesel to reschedule the Dyno day but just haven't had the chance. I will try to get a hold of Tyler and see if we can get the Dyno day rescheduled and maybe we could have that guy meet us there. But they have been so busy down there that they can't hardly close up the shop for a dyno day.

Also just to let all know the meet we had setup for october 4th at Central Motive Power is being postponed. Gary Smith got a hold of me the other day (well we traded emails) and asked if it would be ok. The subject matter that they were going to go over (the vp44 and also common rail) is going to be difficult to do until they get the software from Bosch which delayed its release until 4th qtr to early 1st qtr.

I am open for ideas let me know if anyone has one(s).
