Recently had my trans overhauled by James Transmission Technology here in Midlothian, TX. I have to say James knows his stuff. Trans is tight and shifts perfectly.
I have a feeling this issue has nothing to to with the work done as the first couple of weeks after there was no issue. I think there is something going wrong with the interlock between the brake pedal and the shifter.
It goes right into reverse but many times when I try to shift into drive, it won't go there. When I put it back in park and go directly to drive it most often works but not all the time.
How do I diagnose it?
