DO YOU HAVE TO RUN A DIFFERENT GASKET WHEN RUNNING A SLEEVED COMMONRAIL BLOCK, IF SO WHERE WOULD I FIND ONE ?

No, you don't need to. if you are oversized on the bore, then you need the big $$$$ gasket... Cummins the only place I know of
