Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) comp and oil ???

me again i got 2 ? 1 what weight oil to use in the nv4500 ,sin. or reg. What setting to set the comp at for best results for mpg.

not sure on the fluid as mine is an auto, but comp on 1x1 or 1x2, should be the best for mileage
