Injectors - Jammers or Machs

I know most folk have placed their's in the ash tray - I use mine for trash and was looking for another place - not on top of the dash and not in the cubby. So, just wondering where and what you all used to mount your's.

Put mine right on top of the steering column. I've had it a couple of different spots but that has been the best. I'm usually not changing the levels as I turn a corner. ;)

Velcroed/cable tie to the brake controller, looks like one unit beside the ashtray, haven"t used it in about 8 months since BOB and MARCO CATCHERD me, keeping it there for a just incase i ever have to go back to the comp/stock ecm( if ever CATCHER/ECM PROBLEMS) and need a boost fooler on the road towing. (wire now untaped)

I put mine just to the right of the emergency brake release pull. Small Al plate screwed up into the trim metal bracing (use counter sunk screws), Comp ziptied to the plate (I used velcro at first, but the velcro (glue side) would eventually let go). Easy to get to.

Did that last Spring, have since added a couple of switches on each side for accessories. Just used a stereo bracket from Crutchfield that is designed to add a seperate EQ and cut a piece of plastic to mount the box to. and mounted that from the backside so everything had a clean look to it.

Cowboy, i think that is one of the best places i have seen a comp put, am def. going to look into that as mine is still being thrown under the kick panel... I have been going to put it somewhere for about a year. To the guys that put it on top of the steering column- I tried this on a buddies truck, but it didn't seem like there was enough room to tilt the wheel up, and also seemed like it was trying to "kink" the wires, what works best for mounting here??

Mine is in the ashtray, hidden from who ever I don't want to see it, initially that was the wife

I 2nd that!

Ashtray it is for me. to everyone else my truck is "Stock" ;) that way no the ferd/dmax boys jut think I have exhaust & gauges... . little do they know

dd3 smoke will be harder to hide though :(

When I had a comp it was in the glove box. Edge sent me a 3' ext cable to reach the glove box, still was easy to change.
