As you can see from my sig I have comp box but as of yet have not upgraded my injectors and turbo. My question is, even on 5x5 pulling my 5'er unless I really romp on it my EGT's are staying below 1200. Do you guys think maybe my probe/gauge is inaccurate? Or does this sound normal. Thanks in advance!

Something is definately wrong. Have you double checked all your electrical connections. What is your peak boost pressure? Double check the accuracy of the Pyro TC with a propane torch to see if it will go past 1500F. Untill you find the problem refrain from using the Comp so you do not burn up the engine.

oops, I think I jumped the gun a bit :(... . but to be on the safe side, are you seeing a difference in performance, EGT, and boost on all five levels?

I forgot that a Comp on an otherwise stock truck makes just over 315 RWHP and 30 psi of boost from a stock HX35/12 should keep things cool.

if you want you could still sheck the Pyro TC to make sure it is responding to changes in temp over 1200F with the torch.

What are others with just a Comp box seeing for indications on an otherwise stock truck?
