Went to work today and everything was fine, left work and the lights on the PE Comp were very very

low. Then I noticed the engine light was on. I have 12 Volts at the plug going to the box.

Anyone have any ideas.

It has happened to me on my TST Comp Box. I removed the battery power and check engine light will not go away. I call TST up and they told me it would clear its self by just driving normally and starting the truck up about 10 times. Sometimes it will clear in few days and other times it could take as long as week.

The alternative is to buy a AutoZone OBDII Scan tool cp9135 and clear the codes manually.

Don't worry about the codes. What is happening is that when there is a problem with the box the ecm can not see the map sensor and thinks it is busted so it sets a code and turns on the light. I have done this a bunch of times... . heck my light in on right now... Get the box fixxed and the light will go off sooner or later.

Always Setting Codes -

Greg – You’re talking about the PCM right? How did you figure that out. Cool.

Yes,

It is the PCM and ECM hookups. Just unplug them for a couple of seconds. all three at the same time and WHamO!!!!!!!! No more codes. I learned this from a friend of mine on the tdr... .

Thanks for the help. Unhooked comp plugs, cycled ignition switch a few times and the code went a way. Called Edge and they told me to send the box to them. Is this a common thing to have happen? Thanks again.

Can you clear overboost codes with that unplug trick. Might be a good idea before going to the dealer. Might keep my warrenty a bit longer that way!
