Comparing stock filter to Pro Gaurd Afe?

I used to have a k/n filter in. It has an open sore now letting dust in. So I tossed the k/n

I'm running a stock paper filter as of right now. I'm looking at going with the Afe Pro Gaurd. Is the air flow gonna be better with the afe?

The turbo whine is quiet with the paper filter too. How will it compare to the Afe. Louder or same?

I can't say for a stock airbox because the same day I installed the AFE, I drilled four 1" holes in the bottom of the stock airbox.



Definitely more flow with the AFE and holes in the stock airbox...
