Hrm, that throws a wrench into things. I didn't order the offroad tires on my 2003 because on my 2001 I only got michelin MTX's as the offroad option. . But since my truck's on restriction, I could probably upgrade to the BFG's still.

Decisions, decisions. . Thanks for the info, KC. :D

2500 wheel size

I saw two 2500's with minimal options in Winchester KY and the standard steel wheels were listed as 17x7. 5 and had the 245/70 BF Goodrich tires.

Ironically, BFGoodrich tires are made by Michelin, and the on/off-road tires are listed as "Michelins", while every one I've seen is the BFG Rugged Trail T/A. To the letter of the law, Michelin is technically supplying both Mich and BFG tires.

As far as that 17x7. 5 wheel - that is likely correct. There are some discrepancies in the spec sheet, and this is one of them - besides 17x8, there is also a typo that says "17x7. 7", which is likely the 7. 5.

Where the typos appeared in the specs, I erred on the side of the obvious :)

3500 DRW All Season Tires

In Mt. Sterling, KY I saw 3 3500 DRW's and they all were shod with Goodyear Wrangler SR-A's, both for 4x4 and 4x2.
