Well I finally did it! Had the BD performance upgrades installed today. Stage II injectors, boost module and elbow, E-Brake with shifter mounted brake control, and 2 gauge ISSPRO with tweeter pillar mount. BD estimates 335 HP with 675 ft. lbs. of torque. I can't describe how much better my Y2K 2500 QC (3:54) 6 Speed pulls compared to the stock set-up. There is no smoke and the EGT peaks at about 900-950 with 32 lbs. of boost. There are no boxes or other telltale signs of these performance parts. The BD boost module is about the size of a fat quarter and hides easily at it's plug in point. It looks just like the stock fitting. The pyrometer was installed pre-turbo for a more accurate reading. All these parts were installed by John at JT Diesel Truck Service in El Cajon, California. John also advertises in the TDR. This is the most sanitary install I have ever seen. There are no wires or other crap hanging or bolted in the engine compartment. Everything is zip tied and tucked away under the rubber seal by the windshield. He did a fantastic job with this install. Every bolt was carefully torqued to speck. Every electrical connection was properly insulated. I can't speak highly enough of the care and precision of his work. He spent 2 whole days on this project working on only my truck. I would highly recommend John for any of your Cummins needs. I would be happy to discuss my upgrades with anyone who is contemplating Bombing.

Congratulations Tom! Does BD have a website? Is the Boost Module the one from Diesel Dynamics?

The DD boost module that I have seen on other trucks was a large box approximately the size of a pack of smokes and it was mounted on top of the fuse box cover besides the VA box. Not a very stealth addition! The BD module is very small and easily hidden back by the rear fuel line -injector. They do not look at all similar. I don't know if they perform the same function or even if one is better than the other, but I do like the "stock" look of the BD and it works great!

Tom, thanks for posting BD's site. I didn't see any information on the Boost Module though... This might make for a good thread - finding out which Boost Mod everyone is using and try to see what the differences are between them.

That's probably my next mod. I've got the 4" exhaust and the VA box and the boost elbow.
