Compression guage

Has anyone bought a compression guage for our trucks?

I would like to have one, does anyone know how I can locate one and how much they cost?

Manufacturer & part #?? Phone #, etc...



With the injection lines off how do you keep the injection pump from pumping fuel all over the place ( or do you)?

Snap on and as you might guess, expensive.



Most Cummins distributors sell one too, you might try miller tools the Chrysler supplier too. They are mixed up with OTC. .

To keep the fuel from coming out you disconnect the fuel cut solinoid. I checked my compression and it was 450lbs.

I found that guage and another one on ebay, so I bid on both and lost on both, well I'll keep trying.

I can't seem to find a guage online (except ebay)???

I have done several searches and checked a lot of sites.

The key to winning something on Ebay is to place your bid (highest you will go) about 15-20 sec. before the end of the auction. If you bid to soon someone will out bid you 90% of the time.
