Hi JPul,
Well, a small amount of moisture on the inside is not a problem. It can be common--especially on humid days during rain. Our lights have a small vent on the back side to allow for changes in humidity/temp/air movement. I would check to see if its clogged. It should look like a small silver round piece of tape--which covers a very small hole. Make sure it's clean and breathable.
If that doesn't work or it looks ok, take the light out and remove the bulbs and blow out with DRIED shop air or take in the house over-night and let the air equalize. Make sure the bulbs are seated tight on re-install.
If it really bothers you (like it would me) the dealer may replace under warranty. My wife's Toyota Prius headlight assembly was replaced under warranty for the same thing.
However, if the water pools in the headlight assembly, a new one/repair is in order. If the water splashes onto a hot headlight bulb, you can count on a busted bulb!
Good Luck.
