Console broke

The console arm that holds the upper part on came unscrewed on the drivers side but the screws are from the inside and I can't find the trick to take the top apart to get to the screws inside, any body have any idea's?:-{} Oo.

Welcome to the club. Mine has been to the dealer 6 times for the center console. Seems they can't get it right the first time.
