Console Cover

I had a good laugh yesterday. Before my dog never could get traction standing on the armrest. In town yesterday,I had to make a quick stop due to a woman cutting me off while yapping on her cell phone. When I slammed on the brakes,I looked over at the dog thinking he was going to be on the floor again,Instead he was balancing on his two front feet with his butt and back feet off the armrest. Never thought the dog had that kind of balance.



The covers are a must have for people that have dogs.

I didn't think 1st gens had a console? Please correct me if I'm wrong. I had an '86 W250 and I thought that body style carried without changes till '94? By all means, if the 1st gens need something, I can figure something out.

Yep LE models came with captains chairs and a big ol console. Where are you at again ? I'm at Super Chevy @ Firebird as I type this now. IIRC, your were somewhere around here ! LOL !Definitely game for another if you can make one up for the '93, Light grey in color !

Yes, I'm interested in the dark gray color. My interior is call agate gray if I remember right.
What is the top material/fabric like? Soft, canvas, ... ?
Can you easily open the lid?

The top is very soft. It does NOT interfere with the operation of the lid in any way. Ask other people here that have bought them and I'm pretty sure they will tell you they are happy with their purchase.



I do have a dark gray (which is 'agate') 2nd gen in stock and I can ship it out tomorrow.

1st gen demensions

Let me know if you ned more info !

Topside Frt to back is 15. 5" taking into account slope on both ends

Topside ... side to side is 10"

Bottom side is 14. 5 f-b and 10" side to side

Lid does recess into box on sides, issue or not, maybe make 1. 5" wider to compensate and cover whole thing ?

On bottom latch is 3" from end... see pic .

Bulge for cable stop takes up from 2. 75 -4. 5" on passenger side of lid, have to watch where straps wind up.

Is the 'cable' easily removable? This would allow a nicer fitting cover.
