This section of law defines livestock harassment as that which “worries, chases, or runs after livestock…in a manner that may lead to subsequent injury to the livestock. ” Continuing, the law states that “the owner of the dog, when reasonably notified after due process, shall kill the dog within 24 hours of notification. If the owner fails to do so, an officer may be notified and shall kill the dog or cause the dog to be killed. ” The law requires that “a dog may not be killed in a manner that will endanger a person. ” So ya you were rite the guy was an A** for doing it where it was done.

I was born in Louisiana, and have lived in South Carolina, Virginia, Indiana, Florida, France, Belgium, Japan, and California. I have also visited many other states and countries, and I work with people who come from all over the world. People for the most part, all want the same things. I call it the essentials of life. I would venture a guess that the residence in question may be either East or West of the Haight-Ashbury district and, depending on time of day, experiencing some residual SF "smog" from '66 - '67 floating back and forth with the Bay area fog. Im sorry for the way it turned out for Calif. It was a great place to live but the last 10 to 15 years its gone DOWN HILL because of all the Green peace crap. God must have known millenniums ago that someday a fly that lives in a couch or some other garbage that was throw illegally on the side of the road will make it's home in it and green peace ill protect it's right to have the garbage stay. On Slover and Riverside ave. That is what happened and the land owner Kinder Mogran cant do anything with the property because of the fly I MEAN WHAT KIND OF B S IS THAT. There are alot of other things that Green Peace has done some GOOD but most just stupid S*** like this. My Dad worked for Western Airlines for years they built alot of planes in Long Beach but couldn't paint them in calif because of VOC's in Calif. So they flew them to AZ and painted them along with jobs/parts/taxes/income/ the list goes on and on it's good to protect what we have but there is a point that it all becomes blurrrrrrrrry to me
