2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Conversion From Srw To Drw

has anyone ever converted from a srw to a drw. if so what is involved other that the obvious rear swap and fender bump outs. is the bed cut different? i know the front hubs are different. would that matter?

I'd sort of like to go from SRW to DRW, since I tow a big 5th wheel, and it would probably add a bit of stability. Anyone in the NW with a white DRW truck want to swap for SRW set up?
