Anyone know when "cummins-conversion.com" will be up and running again???

Here's what I found

Due to automated attacks I am forced to temporarily suspend the site. These "robots" as they are known overrun sites with massive amounts of bogus traffic, and this has caused the site to exceed its bandwidth allocation provided by my website host, Webs4Christ.com.



I refuse to allow the site to continue to hammer their servers, despite their graciously allowing the site to run exceeding its bandwidth allocation for several days, and will work with them to find a solution. This could range from a few simple fixes to bringing the site back up with new message forum software (old messages will be imported. )



Unfortunately, I deploy to Iraq on 13 April and will be there for six months. I have little time to allocate to the site between now and then due to preps for deployment, and regret that this issue has come to a head at this particular point in time. Bogus hammering of websites as these "robots" have done should be illegal.

yeah thats what i got as well. been about 3-4 weeks now. Bummer

I tried to register at that site for a couple of weeks, sent that guy several emails and never got a response.



What a shame, it seemed like a pretty good site where you could ask about all aspects of the conversion and there were several people that would have already been through the same thing.

Yeah I had been emailing Mike back and forth and the last time I heard from him he was shipping out to the middle east. I dont think anything will happen for awhile then. He definetely has different priorities for the time being.
