Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Convert Rear Drum to Disc

I have an 01 as listed in sig below, I got poked, it was built about a month before they switched to disc brakes in the rear. Has anyone converted the rears to disc? Can it be done with factory parts at a reasonable price? Does it mess with the ABS, need new proportioning valve, master cylinder, etc.....
