Need alt for a Chevy truck/4bt - Please help

Can anyone help me out. I need to know what wires to use when im wirling in the fuel shut off solinoid. And also i have a automatic trans in my 2001 truck. Do i use my 2001 TPS or a 12v TPS. And what wires do i need to tap into to make every thing work. Thanks Scott

Yes you need to retain your stock tps for your transmission to work you are going to need to attach it to the side of the pump via a 1 inch spacer between the two... also for the shut-off solenoid you need to use an old style Ford starter solenoid. and run the "pull" wire to it then run a wire from your starter to the ford solenoid then there is a wire up by the cowling in the wireloom that you can run the "hold" wire to(this is hot when the key is on). then your shutoff solenoid should work. just so you dont think im just pulling this out of my butt ive done 2 p-pump conversions.

The Ecm is controlling all gauges, alternator, and grid heater, you leave the ecm when you do the conversion you just relocate it to the firewall.
