Converting Gas eng to diesel

I have a 1990 Dodge D250 w/360 gas , I would like to convert to a Cummins Diesel. What is involved? i. e. Motor mounts, ECM's, Glow plugs relays

Unless your truck is super nice, or you have a ton of money in it that you won't get back, sell it and buy one that already has one in it. You will be time and money ahead. Now if your truck happens to be a club cab short bed or something equally cool, buy a complete running truck that is wrecked or has a rough body and swap the drivetrain.

I have a 93 W250 that I was thinking of doing the same. Like TKingsbury said, you'd probably be money and headache ahead to sell and buy what you want. I know that's what I've been trying to do.
