I know this has been talked about before, I just can not seem to find it in the old treads. I know someone that is having this problem and needs help. He has been told his trans. is shot because it takes a few min. to go into gear after it sets overnight. Can anyone direct me to the right post or let me know what is the fix. Thanks a Lot guys.

If it ain't broke don't fix it.

MOPAR torgue flite transmissions have always done this. My Dad's factory hot rod Plymouth did it in '63. My '95 Ram does it. It's worse if you park with the nose up hill. Not a problem, just let it idle in gear or N for a few seconds and you are good for the day. I start mine, put it in gear, in a few seconds it decides to wake up and get to work so we are on our way.
