Dang, I forgot all about whipping it out..... Oh well, that is better kept behind closed doors. :-laf Fortunately, the most famous scene wasnt re-enacted, though I bet that would have been possible with just a little effort.

And Bill, I'll pass on the sentiments about the eye candy :D. She'll apreciate it. She had a good time as well, I think. Her parents were a little apprehensive about her going 400mi away with a guy she had known a month, to be with people neither of us had met in person. Turned out ok. Think I need to move north just a little.....

I think we need a pic of the eye candy. I made an assumption that the eye candy was a nice looking first gen truck  now I have to think other wise. Will someone please post a pic of what you guys are talking about. ;)

Michael

Well it is finally raining a bit here. That means that Greenleafs divots in the yard are finally gone :{ I thought the "eye candy" was Chris's truck too. Daniel I suppose if you move north, you could go to Kentucky, sorry couldn't resist. It was a hoot. Have to do it again next year. The only requirement is to watch "Blazing Saddles" before you arrive.

Jeremy

Same here Don! Hey all, I still haven't seen anybody elses pics of the event :-{} ... . BTW, how'd that get in my digital cam? Hmm, must have been when I left it with Chris :-laf :-laf

I'd like to thank Jeremy and wife for allowing us to do this. It was a much needed meet and greet. Hope we can get something rolling for future events!! I hadn't thought about the divots much untill now. i could like maybe make that my signature when I arrive each year. Do a little smoky divot show ..... with Jeremy's permission of course :)

Like to thank my wife for supporting me in my antics such as driving four hours to work for nutt'n on this guys truck, whom I have never met. She has a tough job of convincing me to put brakes on the Mother-in-Law's car!! ... and I'm paid for it.

Like to thank Carl for having faith in Philip and I to be all up in his stuff. That's gotta be tough. Allowing two guys he don't really know, rip and tear, cut holes into his truck AND have to drive it 1,000 miles home again.

Most of all a big thank-you to the Lord above for allowing us all to live in a free country where we can gather and meet with out fear of arrest/persecution etc. I have made some life long friends. It don't git no better than that!!!

Sorry, I didn't give you any details. 1st picture Scott is holding a clinic with Karen, Bill, and Carl (l-r). 2nd Scott (legs) and Carl putting the dash back together. 3rd Phillip was getting into his work! 4th My favorite. Just how many men does it take to work on a truck? (l-r) Chris, Daniel, Scott, Carl, and Bill. 5th (l-r) Jeremy, Phillip, Scott, Bill, and Carl.

OK, I see Diet Coke, and I see Sprite, but where the heck is all the beer??? :) How in the world did you get anything accomplished?

AJ

We hid the beer out of camera view. None of us drank that many, really. How we got anything done IS a good question.

The one in the shop, TK ? That's Carl's rig from oh Canada! I was getting a better look @ it from under the dash and Philip wanted to get a good look under the hood!!! :) Carl was standing by, helpless like :) LOL LOL

Scott

Wish I could have been there..

After all, that Saturday was my birthday! But with the mysteriously 'auto-deflating' front tire and the leaky brake master cylinder, I decided it wasn't such a good idea to go. Perhaps next time... .

Thanks for the Pics Scott, they make me wish we were all back at Jeremy and his wife's farting around again. Meeting you all was just as intense as I would have expected-as for being worried about you dudes ripping apart my truck I wasn't really worried about it especially after I met y'all... maybe it was just your smoke cloud in Jeremy's yard, or Philip spiked the kool-aid, but you guys looked like an entity, some sort of phenomenon perhaps... and I kept hearing voices telling me these guys are not human, they are Dodge Gods. The only Dodge that gives them a bit of trouble is the Demon. I didn't see any Demons comin their way tho ;) Lol. I can't wait to meet up with all you guys again. Next time I'm gonna skip the Moose Pi... i mean head lol, it wasn't selling all that well. Molson Dry all the way, and I'll even bring a little extra for Kaptn Kirk to bring home ;) I'm also gonna buy the Blazing Saddles DVD in honor of y'all too haha... . MichiganDon--did you go get it yet? Hehe too funny.

Carl G

Actually, I haven't yet Carl. But I still plan on doing so. I'm also contemplating transferring it over onto VHS so that when we do this next year (when, NOT if!), I can plug the portable TV/VCR combo into the Booster Pak by the campfire and play it for the masses. :-laf

Oh yeah, and could I possibly talk you into bringing down some Blue Light? I have two cases of empties that you can take back home with ya as well. They've been sitting in my basement for like, forever. We forgot to grab some of your bacon, :{ however the syrup was most excellent and appreciated. Haven't had pancakes in a mighty long time. T'was a good excuse to whip up a batch!

Thank the Wife

My wife posted these. We have directions from member Philip aka The Wizzard. She had to figure it out first, now I'm trying, with her help. We have to resize them in the Paint program under "stretch" first. Simply entering the size in "attributes" didn't work out for us.

The Canadian Bacon is the best!! You guys really missed out if you didn't get any. I hope to be there again. Probably will take that Fri. off work. I missed the whole Blazzing Sadddles thing. Probably will stop by the farm on my way to the Muncie Show next summer. Jerremy and wife, Phillip too, are fun folks to hang out and chill with. And I always learn something I can use. Thanks again folks!!
