? Cool Blue Hose - would you do it again?

I'm being repetitive, but I drove it stock for awhile, then I removed the silencer ring, tried that for awhile, then installed the Blue Hose, Cool Power, and TAG III. There's a substantial increase in smooth acceleration, overall power and lower EGT's to boot! I'm very impressed and wouldn't be without this combination. Also getting 19 mpg when driving around town (never drive on long highway trips w/o towing something heavy). No problems!

Thanks. Yes, those are just black tie wraps. Had to use a couple of them to go around the hose. Condenser guard and tool tray from Geno's Garage. Condenser guard is a must to keep the top fins from damage and the tool tray is perfect for holding tools or your favorite beverage:-laf when wrenching on the truck.

The picture that i saw was actually in your photo gallery, and the condenser guard is a bigger steel screen, with a tubular frame around the outside and up the middle... . it's rounded on the top, and it looks like a gloss black ???

But I'll have to wait for my brother to install these for me as I am paralyzed waist down. Should be in the next month, and I'm anxious to see the results..... Bryan, I put my red one on a couple of weeks ago. Love it. Turbo whistles good now. I did use the clamps of mine with yours, so I have 2 clamps on each end. Great product.

I have a recommendation for the supplier.



Pack the hose with some type of seal on the ends. I had to blow some small bits of packaging out of mine. Someone else might not be so thorough and get a piece of cardboard in the turbo...

I've got 28k on my "original" Cool Blue Hose and TAG 3... If you take off the Rube Goldberg contraption Dodge puts on our trucks as a stock hose, and look at it and in it, you will order this hose right then. My truck is stock but pulls a big camper and pulls hard. I still don't see how you could collapse this hose even with some hefty mods. I like the better performance, lower EGT's and the blue color...



But what's all this about choices for color now?? When I got mine, there was only one color, Blue, and we were grateful for that... now there's red, black... what's next, Chartreuse!?
