Just wanted to say "Thanks" to you guys for your continued support. You really opened a can of worms with the Cool Hoses in different colors idea. I am still waiting for black ones but do have red and blue in-stock. Also have intercooler hoses to match and in a few days I should have some ss spring clamps to go with them.

I recieved my Cool Hose in RED on Thurs and installed it this weekend. I also modified the stock airbox a little till I get my BHAF set-up. It looks great and sounds great!!! Thanks for answering all my questions.

That is a sharp looking setup, the cool hose will give a little more flex too. Thanks for posting the link, I had not seen that one before. I wonder where that polished piece came from or if it was custom made?

I have yet to see one in person though yet to know if it has the IAT port already, and I forgot to ask.

It looks like it doesn't have the IAT port but that should be and easy drill.

Well I just ordered my "Cool Black Hose". I have 4 weeks until my trip to Colorado. Hopefully the hose will be here sometime next week.

Then I'll have to find the appropriate hose clamps to work. I am hoping I have some big enough already.

They ship with just a basic full SS clamp. I am waiting for my first shipment of constant torque spring clamps to come in and then will offer them with the hose.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have notes in the Shipping Policies section requesting that Canadian guys call in their orders. It's just not practical to put that note into every single product. We have a new site that's almost done that will process Canadian and overseas orders properly. In the meantime, the best thing to do is call. Of course, we don't have Cool Hoses for the truck in your signature. Just the 3rd Gens and the new 6. 7L's. We will be running a special on the new sites homepage for all 3 colors of Cool Hoses AND will still be allowing the use of the TDR discount code.

I just got my PSM kit and Cool Red Hose delivered yesterday from DPP, Pretty damn slick and clean! The cool hose is BEEFY, The stainless steel wire wrap is encased in the tube itself and the overall thickness close near a half inch thick. It would take an incredible amount of volume to collapse it. $100 for the hose..... Yay! By the way... . The stock plumbing from the airbox to the turbo is a joke, I've never seen such a waste of plastic and rubber, It weights over 14 pounds!!! My truck was pre-owned and it came with a K&N "Cold air kit & filter (POS), I pulled the silencer ring and it was nice and loud. I tracked down a complete stock airbox on Ebay for only $29! All in all... I spent about $275 for complete set up that blows away ALL those aftermarket "Hot air" intakes! As for the sound with the silencer removed on the new set up..... 50% quieter than the K&N and if I put the silencer ring back in you'd hear no turbo whine.
