cool down temp

I am wondering what is a good temp to shut down. I have my EGT probe before the turbo.

I use a isspro turbo temp monitor.

Standard shut down is about 300 - 325 degrees.

I usually let it idle in nuetral, air off until close to 300. Usually takes about 1 - 11/2 minutes, some times longer depending on trip.
