Hey bighammer.
You are correct. I can't be given credit for all the HP.
When I bought the truck, it came with an ATS transmission, JD Built Injection Pump, a 4" lift, and 36" tires.
I can't really say what I've done to the truck, but suffice to say that I have spent alot of money on head work, turbo's, injectors, transmission, and transfer case work, the slicks and rims, along with a stereo system.
If I can get the truck ready for the race in Houston, Dec 7th, The truck will have had $10,000 invested in it, over what Eric McBride had done to it, and will hopefully shave 1. 5 seconds off his best 1/4 mile time.
It's not all my work, but now, very little is actually his work. I have done 90% of all wrenching on this truck.

Lama,
Where was this picture on the pirate board? (I'm the curious type)
-----
Rhonda,
I think you'll like them. With enough smoke you can still remove tailgaotrs. Downside is the soot shower on startup after a hard run.

Mark,

CNichols,
Not sure yet. But I'm going to find out. I do know that going from 36x14. 5 Mickey Thompsons, to the slicks (Both launching 2wd) I dropped a full second off my 1/4 mile time.

TxDieselKid,
Thanks for the extra pictures. I sure like the one where the slick has grown alot on the rear. I wonder if that's my 161MPH pass?

BTW, in the first picture, the owner of the dyno shop was not very happy with me. Some apologizing, and I was back on my way. Those pictures were from the Big Dawg Diesel Competition Oct 25th '03
