Coolant bypass hose part number?

Looking for this molded coolant bypass hose that comes from the top of the engine over to the standpipe. Mine failed and I’m currently just using a short piece of 3/4 inch hose to make the connection until I can get one of these. The ones online seem to be more of a cheaper rubber material than normal heater hose.
Is it custom for this application, or is there a local source like NAPA, Oreilleys, AutoZone, etc that might have it?
The ones I’ve found online are the entire kit with the barb and everything including the wierd material hose.
