Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Coolant drain bolt on '01 block?

I tested my coolant the other day and the PH is 8, too acidic. I was wondering if there is a drain bolt on the block like other engines? I did a search and came up dry, mabey I chose the wrong words.



I bought the prestone coolant formulated for diesel engines.
