Anyone know of the best way to drain the entire cooling system??? The DC Service Manual does not indicate any drain plugs on the side of the block that could be pulled. They tell you to open the lower radiator drain and that's about it. Seems to me you would still be leaving a decent amount of old coolant still in the system.

I opened the drain on the bottom of the radiator and I also removed the thermostat and it's cover, put the heater control on full hot. After draining, I put the thermostat cover back on, without the thermostat, and used compressed air to blow through the radiator fill opening and got some more coolent out.

ya, there is a drain. It is a PITA to get to. I found pulling the lower rad hose apart and letting most of it hit a bucket easier.
