Just as said I know MANY people that have a badge and admire MOST OF THEM some that are badge heavy I have no use for, and those are the ones that (if thats what you want to call it ) I BASH. Just as in all walks of life there are good and bad if what ever one you are then great. Would it be possible that some of the innocent hit were by bullets that passed thru the perp? I would imagine that the leo were shooting 9mms, but don't know what bullet construction they would be carrying. Just a thought.

What the paper and the NY PA said was that yes some of the people that did get hit was with the frags and ricochets which is kind of weird because hollow points dont usually do that. But then again they dont penetrate as well as other types of rounds. Hollow points dont usually exit a torso hit if they do (and more than likely would from 8ft) I dont think that they would travel very far I dont know im no ballistics expert.

Ive watched the tape over and over so many times that I cant stand it any longer. The thing that I find kind of strange is that the shooter is walking and the cops obviously have him in sight in fact the first one RUNS to him the shooter turns the cops see he has a gun (and from what the NY PA said it was jammed) they back up AND THEN THE CLOSESET ONE pulls his gun. Don't ya think that if you know that the guy JUST BLEW SOMEONE AWAY that you would have your gun drawn BEFORE you confront him. I cant see anything but about a 30 square ft shot but maybe it would have been wise to follow him and get to a less congested place before you start a shoot fest with a bunch of NY people running around.



JMO but I think the Cops blew this one but then again I haven't had the EXTENCIVE TRAINNING that some have had and the experience of having a gun pointed at me and not taking action. The Barbie Doll cut out target training must have given more than just shooting a target it must have given some the ability to look at the gun pointed at them and KNOW BY SOME Telepathic/mental telepathy/sapsucker observation power that they were not going to shoot. ONE HELL OF A RISK and PARTNER FLAW to me. BUT TJMO

Well your not alone, IM EVEN AT A LOSS AT TIMES. But rest assured that when and if the time comes for me to react in a situation like the police had happen I HAVE GAVE IT PLENTY OF THOUGHT and a little experience in a different kind of way. Im not able to carry an M60 with 6K rounds of ammo in my hip pocket like I did before. But im on the look out for BAD GUYS all the time even MT has a few WACKOS im not the only one up here.
