I know a guy who has a service connected disability, not 100% but any % will do, who put his disabled veteran plates on the RV. No more excessive $$ for him, you can put it on any vehicle you choose except motor cycles and mopeds.
$764. 00 for one year? Must be T plates. My F plates @ 34k are $184. 00 for a year but they do have a lot of restrictions of use. I also live in Oregon and if I am not mistaken the threshold for nonrv trailers license is 8k. Also permanent plated trailers can not be towed by standard registration plated vehicles.

This year in California my 08 Warrior is 552. 00![]()
Amen, the license fees are a very small part of the revenue that could/should be used for road repairs. We have about 18 cents per gallon tax here in Tx. The fingers in the till is the problem I think. bgSomeone mentioned road condition, insinuating cheating the government out of the road fees, to an earlier post I made.
($552/year)/miles driven by most RVs = robery IMO![]()
I call BS, the state isn't gonna go bankrupt by folks skirting plate fees. But it might go bankrupt by those with fingers in the till in places like Sacramento and poor money management skills.
Well don't move Oregon my 28 footer is $197 for two years and going up to $300 for two years next time around. It does not seem right when I pay $58 for two years for my truck which I use all the time and the trailer only moves about two months a year. But the truck is going up to $78 for two years next time around.
