Could This be True?

Anybody ever hear of conklin products? He said he got something like 37. 6 or 36. 7 miles per gal on his Ford power stroke. To get that mileage

the only thing he did was.

1. used conklin 15w40 parasynthetic oil

2. diesel fuel additive called 4-power once every 7

or 8,000 miles and a fuel mate additive every time he

fueled up. 1 oz. per 10 gal.

3. had conklin oils in all his gear boxes

4. had conklin "Rhino" grease in his wheel bearings



Sure beats my Dodge. - Deanundefined

I can belive it. When he's on a slight downgrade and has backed out of the fuel. Then the overhead display might show those kind of numbers.



Those numbers on a full tank of fuel, I'd have to call BS.



Of course if you can verify his story, sign me up for a lifetime supply of Conkin.

hmm... sounds like his engine is idling while on the bed of a wrecker going down the road at 60... then it would get that kind of milage, or even better. :-laf

Last weekend, coming home with my 5er on, I got 99 mpg... No lie... , really I did !! but at the bottom of the hill it went right back to 11, just gotta figur' out how to go down hill everywhere i go. .
