Couple of 3rd Gen C&C with welders on a flat bed.

I was riding my Harley on the 10 FWY here in SoCal, admiring the fresh snow capped mountains when I came up on a pair of 3rd Gen reg cab C&C's, with Welders and with Oklahoma plates. I know this is not the correct forum but thought I might give it a try here, because they didn't have a TDR sticker/decal. Any response? You can PM me.
