Maybe the deaths in norway are not all what your source is cracked up to be.

Did you read the article or just go off the headline? It seems to state that the deaths are related, just because a guy "is not concerned" doesnt change the equation. Covid "being more dangerous than the vaccine" probably doesnt make the people who died feel better about it.

I have been told since this whole mess that kids were really resistant to covid. Now they are saying there are A LOT more cases and more rampid than they thought. So who to believe. In Phoenix they are expecting 6 fold the cases they have seen.

I went back and read it again. Nothing has changed. But if you are on deaths door, and the known side effects could be deadly to you, then dont get it. I dont blame you. But if you are not on deaths door, I wish you well in whatever decision you make.

They did all the normal studies that would normally take place. The potential side effects are pretty well known and spelled out, they are similar to any other vaccine.

Long term? I suppose one could wait long term to find out.....BUT, we do KNOW what the effects of COVID are, right now.... for those who have underlying issues and a few who don't. Far, FAR more people (many orders of magnitude more) will have very negative side effects from COVID....including death.

I'll go with what we know.

That's interesting. Last flu shot was 1976 courtesy of USAF. I wished I was dead as it was that bad. Haven't had one since.

I thought I heard/read that vaccines go through 3 trials but because of the fast roll out the 3rd has not been completed or done.

After what mfurrh55 stated with the flu shot I don't know about that. I have never been as sick as I was then and I do not look for an encore.

A friend got gione beret (?). Blamed it on the flu shot. So, none of his children or grandchildren ever get a flu shot.

HA!!!!!. No, luckily it was on base row housing and they literally had the sink right up against the stool. Good thinking on who ever designed it. Maybe they had been where i was that night.

Same here David. I laid in the rack for a week. Had another flu shot several years later and it was the same scenario. At 72 not sure the potential benefit out ways the risk.

I hear you. I was 22 then and had the young person attitude I could do/handle anything. At 67 I really do not think I would survive an episode like that.

The bad news is that Covid deaths are 400,000. The good news is that no one is dying of old age, cancer, heart attacks or car wrecks any more.
