Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) CPoling's 5spd took a junk will a G56 work???

Chris is having me post this:



Will a G56 work behind the ol 12v? his 5th gear nut came off and he heard alot of grinding, wheels locked up a bit, it wont go into 3rd - 5th gear



hes running a south bend dual disk, the rear-end is fine

there was a post a couple weeks ago there someone had done it but i think they said you need something like a 2" body lift to clear the huge transmission
