Off Roading Should I?????????

has anyone else done this ? it cracked the center davider for about 2" and then it cracked threw to the outside where it v's to each side.

Question please. Were you warmed up to temp when this happened or was this right after a start up from cold to really putting the fuel to it getting on the freeway. Not picking or :-{} here, just curious how long your warm up time is.

I have never heard of a ATS 3 piece cracking before. :(

it was warmed up for 15 minutes prier to hookin to a sled, but my pyro (autometers) before turbo was about 1600-1700* and after turbo was 1200*

The ATS manifolds do crack in the middle section. Mine was cracked when it was still on the street, now it's worse that it is pull only. I have seen several crack.

WOW , thats crazy. but such is life . I am not complaining since my turbo exhaust housing is cracked in 6 spots (like some one was slicing pizza)

There are cracks all in mine and on the exhaust housing but there not leaking externally yet. I kind of look at it like... ..... whatever, it runs like an ape.

Yep, they crack. I always wanted to try Lock & Stitch, the stuff to use on 53 block cracks, but was askeered they'd melt off and and banzai the turbo.

Yep, mine has cracks all over on the second one for the pulling truck, first one cracked till it started leaking too much, this ones bout there. The one on the 98 has a hairline crack around the turbo flange and a couple larger ones around the pyro.

Both have seen some extreme temps and pressure though so I cant complain too much.

LOL, I want at least 18 lbs of boost or the truck literally will bog from too much fuel. I HAD a very tight convertor. It was awesome on the street with my sledpuller 66, but when I went to the prostreet 66 and the silver bullet. If it was humid and above 85 degrees we had slow spoolup times. That is one of the worst ones I had this year. Usually it ONLY took about 35-40 secs to light the charger.
