Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Crank sensor on an 02?

ok i know i have a cam sensor below the vp, but is there a crank sensor? Not one behind the starter, dont think there is one! Reason i ask is because appearently my Vp 44 module can store codes and i couldnt pull that code with the solus! I have a hard start problen and i ended up troubleshooting to the pump. Now i have to pay for the time it took to diagnose the pump because it wouldnt spit the crank sensor code. Any help about that would be great. thanks

2002 only has Cam sensor, not crank sensor

and you need to grow a couple more wrists and elbows to change it.....

haha yea true about it being a s. o. b to get to, luckely i have the pump off. Thanks guys
