disconnected the position crank sensor from the viper remote start, went out and romped on it. No missing, no codes, feels like it should.
Also I forgot to mention about the barking turbo. with the crank sensor connected to the viper I had some turbo bark during converter lock and after taking my foot out of the pedal. I didn't think that this could be related however after disconnecting the sensor from the viper there is no bark whatsoever and still pegging the boost at 37psi
