Crankshaft Position Sensor

I have retrieved the following codes: PO336 (crankshaft position sensor) and P1690 (injection pump and ECM do not agree). Anybody have suggestions?

Completely stock.

Is there a problem with the way the truck is running or did these codes just come up when you check for codes. I've set all sorts of codes while playing w/ CAN.



EDIT: I see in the manual that either of these codes will bring on the MIL. Sounds like a bad CKP sensor
