2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission CRAZY electrical problem!

Ive been sneaking around with a multimeter and the factory service manual wiring diagrams and cant figure this ish out!



Symptoms: No blower motor, no speedo (rest of the instruments r fine), no window up/down, and NO START. Thats it.



What I have checked. No blown fuses, can't find any loose grounds, it starts when i jump the starter across itself.

Oh and its a 99 24V quad cab short bed. Edge ez 4'' exhaust, FASS, Goerend full on race transmission.

Also, last nite I had massive overheating problems, got that sorted out. I am not sure if it was related or not...

did you check everything under the hood fuses?

All the relays work? Did you test them?

Everything checks out...

Do the windows and blower motor pull power from the same place?, this has to be something simple... . :{ :{

The problem is INSIDE the fuse box. I jumped a few terminals and its back feeding itself around where the power wont distribute. Its good till the weekend. Horribly annoying driving w/ the door open!
