Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Crazy Noise When Load is Removed - Need Help

Hi I have a 2000 24v 2500 EXTENDED CAB - I just recently bought it with 75K miles on it. It has a performance exhaust and a Banks setup with a Big Bear waste gate. The Problem is when I'm driving giving it power then I let off the accelerator in the lower gears especially I hear a crazy rattleing noise from my tanny area which is a five speed manual. It doesn't slip that I can tell or vibrate any more or less than always? It almost sounds like there is a nut inside the bell housing loose being thrown around. It doesn't happen all the time only in that situation and only with the clutch engaged. Hope someone can help.

Sounds like your turbo is barking.

Do a search for that term and you'll be enlightened.
