My truck has started to make a creaking / binding noise from the front end. It is getting worse as I drive it. If I turn the wheel back and forth around 3/4 of a turn either way it will do it. I cannot find out where it is coming from. I have been underneath the truck when a buddy moved the wheel and it seems to travel throughout the entire suspension. The truck has a 2" spacer kit and 33" tires. Any Ideas?? Thanks

OH OOH OOOH I KNOW!!!! Mine was doing the same thing it was the front upper and lower ball joints... :{ Only covered by the 3 yr 36,000 mile warranty not the 70,000 mile warranty... . take it to the dealer you'll see

I would suggest you put a breaker bar on the track bar bolt and tighten it. I have the same noise and I have to re tighten it once a month. Also check the torque on the control arm bolts. Uppers have come loose on my truck twice. I have been under and crawled around this truck and replaced every suspension componant. The ball joints do move up and down about 1/8th of an inch. Not a major problem. Track Bar bolts are loose. . Make them very very tight.

I was going to make the same post on this subject. I notice it with the truck standing still and turning the steering wheel back and forth. I have a 2" front spacer also. I have been all under this truck and have triple tightened everything on the suspension. I do not know if I have eliminated the problem yet. I tightened The shock towers, shocks, track bar,lug nuts, steering box, steering stabilizer etc. I have only 10,600 on the truck. Truck goes down the road straight as an arrow. Shake the wheels back and forth everything seems tight.
