I've got a 2002 quad cab 2wd automatic 2500 with noise under my feet (driver) that creaks and pops when I'm on and off the brakes coming to a stop, or just sitting at a stop and inching forward I can make it creak with the brake pedal.

Any suggestions on how to silence this... ... ???

Yes. check the things I mentioned also check track bar ball joints etc any looseness that can create a thump is transferred to the lower controll arm which connect,on the drivers side, right under your foot

Ahhhh!. If th2 2wheel still has lower control arms like the 4wd the attachment point is right under your foot check out the bushings and the other front end components

I still have not checked any more into this but it sounds like it's getting worse. Now if you rock the steering wheel back and forth while going slow, it will make the noise... ... ... . dang, this is really starting to bug me!!!

Well I got it up on the lift today and really couldn't find anything out of the ordinary... . everything was tight and not showing any sign of wear. It sounds more and more like the sheetmetal of the body flexing and creaking near the body mounts.

I didn't check the universal joint in the steering but will do that next time up in the air... .

Thanks and keep the suggestions coming!
