I'm wanting to put some Crossfires on my 3500 dually. They are something that is popular in the class 8 trucks. They keep the air pressure equal between the duals and provide assurance that both tires are at the proper air pressure, at a glance....there's also a check ball in there that will cut off the pressure in the good tire in the event of air loss in the other tire. They also provide one spot to check or add air to both tires. My problem is that when I install it with the provided brackets, I can't get the center cap back on....I'm thinking of mounting it to the center cap with a different bracket. Has anyone put these on their 3500 with the stainless steel simulators? Any thoughts would be appreciated....
