Boost Problem Found.

The cruise buttons are held in by 2 screws behind the wheel(dash side), dont know about the horns, disconnect batteries before working on them that airbag will kick your butt and its very expensive to replace.
 
I believe once you get to them if they are bad you have to replace the whole switch.

Battery negative cable needs to be disconnected from battey for 2 minutes before fooling around with any wiring inside of steering column.

Is your air bag light on? Clock spring is bad. If not clock spring should be OK.
 
Cruise control buttons are a whole unit with electronics stuff in there, it unplugs and buy a new one, about $65. 00 last time I checked.
